Terms of Use

These Terms set out the rules for using the website glanit.com (the "Site"), operated by Glanit, Swędowska 47, Warsaw, Poland, info@glanit.com, +48538652253 (the "Company"). They constitute the terms of service ("regulamin") required by art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and are made available free of charge in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Through the Site the Company provides, free of charge: access to information about its services, case studies and publications; a contact form for sending enquiries and job applications; and, where you subscribe, an RSS feed of publications. Professional services (audits, pilots, implementations) are provided under a separate written agreement; nothing on the Site is an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code unless expressly stated. The Company may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Using the Site requires a device with Internet access and a current version of a web browser with JavaScript enabled. Cookies are used as described in the Cookie Policy; necessary cookies must be allowed for the Site to function.

You may not: supply unlawful content, including content that infringes third-party rights or is abusive; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its administration area or its infrastructure; interfere with its operation (including automated scraping that degrades service, or vulnerability probing without permission); or use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications. Users who breach these Terms may have their access restricted. Suspected offences are reported to the competent authorities.

The Site and its content — texts, case studies, graphics, logos, code and design — are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights belonging to the Company or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source. Any other use requires the Company's prior written consent (info@glanit.com).

Content on the Site is provided for general information and is not professional advice. The Company takes care that it is accurate but does not warrant its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Figures quoted in case studies are results achieved in the specific projects described and do not guarantee similar results. To the extent permitted by law the Company is not liable for damage resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on its content. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability towards consumers under mandatory provisions. The Site may link to third-party websites for which the Company is not responsible.

Complaints about the operation of the Site may be sent to info@glanit.com. A complaint should identify the user and describe the problem. The Company responds within 14 days of receipt. A consumer may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy, and cookies as described in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes with entrepreneurs are settled by the common courts competent for the seat of the Company (Warsaw, Poland); the statutory jurisdiction rules apply to consumers. The Company may amend these Terms for important reasons (changes in law, in the Site's functionality or in the Company's details). The current version, with its date, is published at glanit.com/terms-of-use; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
