How we work

From a first call to a system in production

Four stages, each with its own deliverable, for any project — a web platform, a mobile app, an integration or a machine-learning model. You can stop after any of them with something usable in hand.

The four stages

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map the process, its numbers and its failure points. Deliverable: a scoped plan with measurable targets and a pilot proposal.

    1–2 weeks

  2. 02

    Pilot

A working agent on a narrow slice of the process, on your data. Deliverable: before/after numbers to decide the rollout on.

    2–6 weeks

  3. 03

    Rollout

Production integration: security, monitoring, fallbacks, team training. Deliverable: the agent running in your process.

    scoped at pilot

  4. 04

    Support

Monitoring, model updates and iterative improvements. Deliverable: an agent that keeps working as your process changes.
