Why Glanit
What working here looks like
Real products, real users
Everything we build ships to a client and runs in production. You see your work used, monitored and improved — not archived in a prototype folder.
Breadth of stack
Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, mobile, cloud and ML on the same team. Move between web, high-load back ends and AI projects instead of being locked into one.
Ownership, not tickets
Engineers talk to clients, shape the solution and carry it from discovery to support. Decisions are made by the people who write the code.
Remote by default
Distributed team, asynchronous work, flexible hours across European time zones. We measure outcomes, not presence.
Learn on the job
New stack on a project, paid courses and certifications, internal reviews with senior engineers, time to try tools before clients ask for them.
Stable, long-term
Sixteen years, 500+ projects, clients who stay for years. Contracts and pay in EUR/USD, paid leave, equipment budget.
How we hire
Four steps, two weeks
01
Apply
Send a CV and, ideally, a link to something you have built. We reply to every application within 3 working days.
02
Intro call
30 minutes with an engineering lead: your experience, what you want to do next, what we are working on.
03
Technical interview
60–90 minutes on real problems from our projects — architecture, code review, trade-offs. No whiteboard puzzles.
04
Offer
Decision within a week of the technical interview, with a written offer and a clear onboarding plan.
Open roles
Current openings
All positions are full-time and remote. Senior and middle levels; strong juniors with shipped projects are welcome to apply.
